Good negotiation skills.
Exposure to purchase/stores.
Competency in MS Office and computer.
Adherence to Purchase Procedure & Policy.
Good Business awareness is required.
Good Interpersonal skill.
Good communication skill Good knowledge of taxes.
Preparation of purchase orders, keeping of purchase records. Knowledge of contracts.
Relevant Experience of Procurement.
Compile and maintain all data and information regarding procurement. Maintain inventory levels and source new vendors for better quality inventory.
Co-ordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Strong knowledge of excel with basic formulas and the ability to navigate between worksheets will be an added advantage.
Qualification: DAE Mechanical
