Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (LCD, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades, patches and configuration as needed.
Keep inventory of all equipments, delftwares and user licenses.
Install, configure, and upgrade software and managed network equipment.
Manage helpdesk support software
Performing data backups.
Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Maintain, configure, and monitor virus protection software and email applications.
Windows/Linux Servers administration
Firewall configurations
Installation and monitoring of CCTV systems
Multi-site network management
Supervise Audio/Video Conferencing and PABX
Manage different official webpages
