Handling daily operational matters of Corporate and Tax Affairs department.
To ensure timely compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
To identify and resolve important Statuary issues.
To coordinate with Account Department and Auditors for timely preparation of Financial Reports.
To ensure timely submission of Statuary Returns, Financial Reports and notices with relevant Government Departments.
To assist Company in holding Board Meetings and AGMs, also to ensure compliance of all related Statuary requirements
Representing Company at different Government Departments and regulatory bodies including but not limited to SECP, Chamber of Commerce, State Bank of Pakistan and Tax Offices.
Handling all Tax related matters of the Company.
Coordinating with Accounts Department for matters related to taxation.
Submitting Tax returns with relevant Government Department.
Preparing and submitting replies of tax related notices in coordination with Tax lawyers
Any other duty assigned by BOD.
