Title: HR Training Coordinator

Location: Karachi

Position: Permanent

Department: HR Management & Development

Section: Training & Development

Education: Bachelor/Masters (qualifications with majors in HR will be preferred)Experience: 0 to 1 Years experience (experience in training department will be preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Training Team, Branches, Departments & Managers
Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
Update Training record in Training Data Base
Prepare and circulate training reports
Providing general administrative assistance
Handle any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training sessions.

Requirements

0 - 1 year of work experience in training department will be preferred
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Skilled in effective coordination and follow-ups
