· Assist Jubilee Health clients at the panel hospitals.

· Coordination with the Case Managers for progress and prognosis on the patients cases.

· Assist Case Managers and keep update about the progress of patient on daily basis.

· Coordination with Approval Centre Staff and Doctors for issuance of Credit Letters.

· Coordinate with Hospital Management for expedite dissemination of discharge patients bills.

· Coordination with Hospital Management and assist them on panel hospitals issues.

· Claims Investigations / Verifications for all the cases.

· Coordinate with Corporate Office of Hospitals for Smooth Admission and Discharge Process.

· Meet patient / attendant at the time of Hospital Visit.

· Handle Client Queries as Per Defined Terms and Conditions of the Policy.

· Facilitate in Resolving Issues with the assistance of authorized person and shall ensure that the same problem does not occur again.

· Provide protocol at the time of admission / treatment etc. to MDs, DMDs, Directors Etc. of Jubilee Health clients.
