Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing of resumes through conventional and unconventional means including social media and professional networking forums and leads recruitment efforts.
Interviewing and screening of candidates.
Work in close coordination with Hiring Managers to meet their recruiting needs, as well as to update existing department structures, titles, job descriptions etc.
Completes follow-up communication with Hiring Managers and candidates.
Maintaining resume bank.
Collection of required documents and maintaining a complete and verified file to the recruitment Team Lead.
Participate in Campus drives and Job Fairs.
Organize and arrange planned employee engagement activities.

Skill Requirements:

Presentable with Strong written and oral communication skills
The person must be well-organized, efficient, and productive under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
