1- Must have degree in IT/computer science from reputed university
2- Must have excellent english written & spoken skills. British & american accent preferred.
3- Must have at least 1 year experience of supporting software, IT infrastructure and technical documentation
4- Must be available to join immediately.

Headquartered in UK, regional office in gulberg lahore Just eMenu has successfully launched EPOS solution in the UK with number of customers. It is the time to further grow its customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Post sales support
- Remote installation and confuguration of Just eMenu Software for customers in UK and Pakistan.
- Provide technical support through web chat or over the phone.
- Manage support tickets queue and solve them within agreed SLA
- Write technical documentation that includes user guides, troubleshooting guides etc
- QA testing of the product
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
