- Handle Recruitment and selection as and when required
- Prepare and maintain Attendance sheets and Payroll
- Have sound knowledge of IR ( dealing with govt. depts. i.e, EOBI, PESSI, WWF, Insurance company for employees ) and Labor Laws.
- Maintain employee files and record updates.
- All HR mandatory documents including letters & notices.
- Supervising, monitoring & evaluating the staff
- Discussing problems of staff with managment
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Update staff policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments or meetings
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Other misc office administrative tasks
