We are looking for a customer care representative. following are the duties that they would be fulfilling
- Handling Customer inquiries
- staying in touch with the internal teams to solve customer complaints
- Staying up to date with the accounts department for transaction clearances
- Transaction follow-ups with Customers / partners
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Skill Required:
- Active and should be smart.
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
