Time Management System
· Update on a daily basis Time In/out slip in the system/records.
· Follow up with staff to get Leave/ODI application against their absent
· Share monthly report of the late arrivals and absentees.
· Enrolled new hiring in the TMS and attendance machine.
· Update Transfer/Re-designation/Promotion/separation in the system / records.
HR Operations
· Receive all the required documents from newly appointed employees and update his personnel file.
· Prepare and issue appointment and job offer letter.
· Prepare and issue confirmation and extension letters.
· Employees’ File Management.
· Dealing with all sort of Verification's of our employees (Education & Employment)
· Preparing Full and Final Settlement of separating employees.
· Handing over the Full and Final Settlement cheque to the concerned staff.
Recruitment
· Preparation of Job’s Add and published at linked In, Rozee and social media
· Building and maintaining effective data sources through internal CV data bank.
· Conducting initial screening interviews, like a telephonic interviews.
· Scheduling Interviews with the concern of the interviewer.
· Keep a record of all interviews.
· Receive and respond to inquires from potential candidates.
· Facilitating the hiring managers and functional heads in the recruitment process
· Completing all documents before the joining of the candidate.
· Other Task as assigned by Management.
Administration task will be assigned as per need.
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
· Develop admin processes, procedures and checklists as needed
· Book meeting rooms as required
· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
· Arrange travel and accommodations
· Schedule in-house and external events
· Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
· Sending out and receiving mail and packages, sending emails, managing documents and files, sending and receiving documents for the company,
· Answering the phone, assisting in various daily operations, operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
