Marketing Executive

As a marketing executive, you will work with management to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. You will also report to and coordinates with other department heads to manage company budgets, objectives, and activities.

This position is located within Karachi, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

Successful candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

Key responsibilities include:

· Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing

· Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

· Oversee and developing marketing campaigns

· Conduct research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences

· Devise and present ideas and strategies

· Promotional activities

· Keep marketing collateral up to date and readily available

· Write and proofread creative copy

· Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

· Maintain websites and looking at data analytics

· Organize events and product exhibitions

· Work with Microsoft Marketing team to promote the services and solutions

· Execute the end to end marketing plan

· Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

· Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management

· Manage campaigns on social media and other Microsoft marketing platforms

Qualifications

· Proven experience as marketing executive for at least 2 years ideally for a technology firm

· Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

· Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

· Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

· Familiarity with social media and web analytics

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Creativity and commercial awareness

· MBA in marketing ideally from IBA or LUMS, Pakistan

· Ability to travel (75%)
