We are looking for an experienced, energetic and Furniture retail sector specific sales executive to provide an excellent in-store sales experience to our prestigious customers.

The sales executive would be responsible for the following:

  1. Customer dealing on floor, Setting up meetings with potential clients at their premises for better understanding the customer needs & evaluate the customer space for interior planning and proposal.
  2. Working closely with the Interior Designing Team during the sale cycle by creating detailed proposal documents, maintaining sales file.
  3. Keep the customer update all the time with the relevant information and Entertaining incoming email and phone enquiries on priority.
  4. Making and presentation of floor plan for the customers.
  5. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or any other available sources.
  6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  7. Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. (if needed)
  8. Proposing on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  9. Liaising with production team for following the progress of existing orders for meeting the given deadlines.
  10. Sales order punching on daily basis and sending copies to the concerned offices.
  11. Close the deal and handle complaints & objections by making sure the customer satisfaction.
  12. Maintenance of all the required documents involve in the sales on daily basis.
  13. Maintaining the customer database and individual lead files by making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  14. Meet the given targets and Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
  15. Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements in case of corporate customer.
  16. Dispatching and delivery.
  17. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  18. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  19. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  20. Know your customer and provide valued after sales services to customer.
  21. Customer life cycle management through Planning and following strategies across the organisation with a view to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
