Operations Manager / Supervisor

The role of Operations Manager entails supporting various business and administrative requirements of the team assigned to them. The manager needs to maintain order in administration and logistics-related activities at all times while ensuring a streamlined flow of activities in their branch/operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics & order management, including coordinating with internal and external management
Ensuring proper communication between the branch and head office
Order submission/follow up with Vendors, suppliers, and customers
Keep management posted in terms of order status and deliveries.
Deal with multiple service providers
Find mutual grounds between service providers and customers
Closely coordinate with sales team
Maintain stock/inventory records
Regularly update the internal ERP system with logistics & order management information
Bring in new ideas to help the site expand

Qualifications

Bachelor degree (minimum)
Well versed in procurement & logistics of home improvement services,
1-3 years of experience preferred
Good knowledge of customer handling and staff management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and be flexible to business requirements
Able to work independently as well as within teams
Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good customer service skills
Expertise in Distribution Business Model shall be given preference
