We are looking for an energetic and competent individual, who is able to keep up with our dynamic and quickly evolving workplace. You will be required to perform a multitude of tasks - the following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks and as when deemed necessary by the CEO or Line Manager:

Analysing our database to match potential employees to open available vacancies
Setting up employee interviews at relevant companies and ensuring follow-up
Responding to clients’ queries regarding placements or other matters in a timely fashion
Maintaining a knowledge repository of prospective employees and employers
Developing creative strategies to pursue/retain the employees in their professional roles
Assisting the team in developing, reviewing, communicating business proposals
Conducting market research to identify new customers (employers), follow up on these opportunities and set up meetings
Assisting Management Team in decision-making and providing essential feedback
