- Finalize flash (Monthly reporting deliverable).
- Finalize monthly profit statement (MPS) & critical analysis of account balances in order to identify any inconsistencies.
- Finalize Consolidated Accounting Statements (CAS).
- Finalize monthly cash flow statement.
- Finalize parameter files for budget and forecasts.
- Finalize budget and forecast packages.
- Statutory financial statements and submission to relevant authorities.
- Coordination with auditors with respect to all statutory, interim or special audit activities.
- Finalize closing schedules of all sections of Finance to facilitate accurate reporting.
- Ensure shipping line contracts rates as per approved TCRF are updates in the Express system.
- Ensure rates of shipping line and counter tariff are updated in the Express system.
- Accountable for managing Health, Safety & Environmental affairs in personal area of responsibility in line with Company’s policies on Health, Safety & Environment.
- Manage document flow and filing of the department.
- True and fair reporting of accounts.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned by the management at any point in time.
