The company is launching its new initiative, the Center for ProSkills, for which it is looking for a creative and skilled individual, with a high sense of integrity to play a key role in launching and running the Center. The Center plans to run a full day program focused on commercial skills including customer services and retail sales.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and conducting 60% trainings for the specified course (Customer Services & Retail Sales Assistant).
- Coordination with Master Trainer and other teaching staff, class preparation, conduct classes, examinations and reviews.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing admission campaign for all courses. Material development, activity planning, detailing and execution.
- Arrange and conduct trade visits in coordination with program head and outdoor assignments.
