Looking for IT Recruiter, must worked in a software house and have sufficient knowledge about latest software technologies.

Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms and Job fairs.
Ensure proper Onboarding for new hires and the necessary paper work is completed accurately.
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
Using standard screening techniques, assess the skills, qualification and experience of potential candidates.
Meet with human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions with in the company.
Manage end to end recruitment of candidates i.e talent hunting, phone screening scheduling technicle interviews offer process and on boarding.

Education and Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in technical and non technical hiring.
Experience in technical hiring, Software house is preffered
Bachelors degree or above preffered.
Good communication skills.
Familarity with latest software technologies.
