We are seeking a high skill, talented, interpersonal, and professional full-time dispatcher.

Responsibilities

  • The Transportation Dispatcher is a focused and responsible position.
  • The main goal is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and drivers.
  • The Transportation Dispatcher will serve as a liaison between our customers and drivers  
  • Deal directly with our customers/drivers either by telephone, electronically. 
  • Respond promptly to inquiries 
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments 
  • Has intimate knowledge of our customers' needs 
  • Follow up on customer interactions  
  • Able to suggest improvements to the operations team 
  • Able to communicate clearly 
  • Able to adapt to changes at the last minute
