Basic Eligibility Criteria
· Master’s degree in Law or equivalent from a reputed university
· Minimum 7-10 years of hands on relevant experience of corporate legal affairs including taxation matters
· Relevant experience in the field of Corporate governance, companies ordinance and related laws, contract and commercial laws and financial laws
· 3-5 years practical experience as Company secretary and can deal with Regulatory requirements of the company including dealing with SECP, FBR, PCP, SBP etc
· Practical experience of dealing with various regulators
Technical Specifications/Requirements
· Ability of drafting legal responses, legal research, legal strategy.
· Ability to review and analyze financing documents and make recommendations
· Review progress of outstanding field litigation matters and liaise with and manage external lawyers
· Have the ability to evaluate all legal aspects and / or situations, and be able to provide sound legal to the Organization
Other requirements
· Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and team management skills
· Ideal candidate should have strong ethics and awareness on gender equality
Offered Compensation and other Benefits:
· Salary range is 150K- 175K (Negotiable depending upon the profile of the candidates)
