Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our call Centre team as a Dispatching Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation for our clients, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and to the correct location.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English language and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. The ability to handle multiple clients and perform under tight deadlines is essential for success in this role. Previous experience in the trucking industry or in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process transportation requests from customers via phone, email or web portals
Utilize transportation management software to coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups
Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and deliveries
Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist with their transportation needs
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously seek ways to improve sales and customer service processes and protocols

Requirements:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the trucking industry is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent

This is a night shift position (5pm - 2am), Monday to Friday, with a base salary of 40000 - 80000 PKR based on skill set and experience. The position also offers the opportunity for bonus commission, with the potential to earn up to 1500000 PKR in take home salary. High performers will be rewarded for their contributions to the team.
