We are looking for a recruitment agent to assist our clients in finding the best candidates to staff their business. The ideal candidate will have the experience of working within a 360 recruitment environment as well as exposure to the recruitment procedures in the UK or other foreign countries. As a recruitment officer, you will be expected to identify, build and manage client relationships and grow your network in order to attract new candidates and clients. We need someone who understands client needs and attracts a relevant talent pool accordingly. Moreover, you need to have the skills of salespeople and headhunters with sound judgement to ensure the best fit between the selected candidate and the client company.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy
2. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues
3. Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job specifications, employee handbook, forms, SOPs and other HR-related documents
4. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies, online job advertisements, social media, databases, referrals etc.
5. Negotiating contracts
6. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the clients
7. Requesting references and conducting a background check of the shortlisted candidates before providing their details to the clients
8. Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers
9. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
10. Collaborate with clients on a regular basis for future business dealings
11. Maintain a strong talent pipeline
12. Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee/an efficient onboarding process
13. Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and existing employees.
14. Supervise and apply HR recruitment best practices
15. Offering advice to clients and candidates on pay rates, trainings and career progression
16. End to end 360 recruitment
17. Build influential relationships with employers and candidates during the selection process
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Salary Package & Progression
Starting salary for this position is from 80,000 Pak Rupees per month, plus incentives and bonuses. High chances to progress within 2 Years with additional perks and a handsome six-figure salary.
Working Hours & Location
In the beginning, you will be working from your home for a few months. As you will be directly working under the supervisor of the UK office Management team, your working timings will be according to UK office, which is 9 am to 5:30 pm, including 1-hour break.
