Attend calls and register complaints, Co-ordinate with concerned service centres and resolve their issues, email Queries of Customer to Manager and Service Center Incharge. Prepare monthly incentive report of service centres staff, verify T-A/D-A claims of technician along with warranty cards, and answer the customer queries; record keeping and filing. Prepare different reports from software. Follow up on pending complaints/delayed repair cases and ready for delivery units. To call on Ready for delivery complaint and make Happy Calls.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate / BBA in Marketing with 2-3 years of experience Communication and team working skills and be highly organized in order to meet continuous deadlines. The candidate should have sound convincing skills
