Kestrel Education is looking for an experienced Creative Content specialist to maintain the Content quality standards according to the Specified Rules and Policies.
- Creative Content Specialist must be energetic and well driven, well-versed in social media management, and written content management understands the use of captions.
- The applicant must be creative, organized, able to strategize and detail-oriented as he/she assists Kestrel Management in the execution of all digital marketing and content creation processes, both internal and external in orientation.
Major Job Responsibilities are
- Must be a creative writer and content developer
- Must be able to identify gaps in creative content and give recommendations to strengthen concepts developed
- Should contribute fresh ideas in development of written content and marketing
- Identify trends and insights to optimize the impact of created/posted content.
- Contribute creative ideas for growth and marketing strategies
- Conduct quality assurances on graphics and text content provided by the team prior to use on social media platforms or marketing materials
- Should proactively research new ideas for ads copy, video captions, product description, image ideas and video concepts
- Must be able to work against short-term deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams on the development of creative materials for both internal content and public posts
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Must have excellent written and spoken English and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
- Creativity and passion
- Familiar with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and website content development
- Self-starter and proactive problem solver
- Out-of-the-box thinker
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken
