Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
  • Generate income statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and yearly.
  • Predicting future financial trends.
  • Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Evaluate and suggest cost-reduction strategies
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, and design a framework, policies, and procedures with strict compliance for its smooth operations.
  • Responsible for managing group finances for smooth business operations.
  • Responsible for the processing of all payments. 
  • Make sure that ledgers, journals, and other financial transactions are recorded correctly by the Accounts department.
  • Maintain all company investments and JV’s records.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors for all receivables 
  • Disbursement of Staff payroll.
  • Maintain relationships with banks.

Tax Return

  • Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe.
  • Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
  • Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.
  • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company federal tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
  • Assist Tax Consultants to Ensure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, Provincial and personal income tax returns and other business-related filings.
  • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
  • Provide support with various internal audits and special tax-related projects.
  • Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections 

Job Requirement:

  • MBA Finance and Accounts or relevant degree
  • 3-5 Years' of relevant experience
