We are looking to expand into restaurant and food niche and require a candidate that has a passion for food and beverage, vast knowledge on how to successfully run a restaurant and can handle each and every aspect of the job.
You are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Responsibilities:-
1. Supervise day to day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
2. How to increase and maintain sales.
3. Create promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.
4. Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:-
1. At least 1-2 years of full service restaurant management.
2. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
You should have strong work background, managing redcurrants / Fast Food joints / Cafe etc.
