US based outsourcing firm is looking to place a senior accounting professional for an apparel industry client. The position is a remote position and can be worked from anywhere. Working hours are US timings.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements and compliance.
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Prepares and posts monthly journal entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Prepare bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations
Handles special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
At least 3-7 years of related accounting experience is a must
Fluency in English verbal and written is required
CA designation is a plus but not required
Experience is apparel industry is a plus but not required
Experience working in an ERP environment is a plus
Proficiency in Excel is highly desired

Salary:

100,000 to 200,000 PKR
