Our US Based Law Firm is looking to hire Legal Assistant within its Legal Division at the Multan office. The incumbent will be responsible to pursue litigation cases, and liaising with external counsels. Further, the candidate should also be able to provide legal opinions on matters pending before the courts of law.
Job Requirements:
- Dealing with litigation cases.
- Vetting of pleadings, giving input on Judgments/Court Orders, submission of various statements, and providing necessary assistance to dealing counsels
- Preparing memos for the nomination of counsel and negotiating the professional fee.
- Any other miscellaneous and ancillary work assigned from time to time by the Unit Head/Attorney.
Qualification and Experience Requirement: Bachelor's/Master's in Law
