We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. We have a list of general responsibilities below, but will be happy to share more upon closer review.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
They will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for providing information about our products and services and helping customers place orders for goods and services.
Handling complaints and providing solutions to customers' problems is also a key responsibility of this role.
