Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of billing documents for the company’s customers.
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, review reports, and contact customers to resolve discrepancies.
Verify accuracy of invoices, credit memos, and other documents related to billing.
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and account information.
Review "Rate and Weight" agreements for accuracy and compliance.
Develop and document billing process and procedures.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and financial information.
