Responsibilities of the job include:

Develop production Plans for daily, weekly and monthly production targets of units.
Develop time and action calendar for each as per Sales order schedule & Master Production Plan.
Re-schedule the production plans as and when needed to adjust the customer urgent requirements and meet the contingency situations.
Prioritize ERP jobs to load production.
Maintain hardcopy of daily, weekly and monthly plans and send soft copy of plan with achievements and reasons for non-achievements to the Managing Director/Director operations.
implement the resources utilization plan with the respective assembly sections and workshops.
Coordinate with relevant Assistant Manager Execution & Control to facilitate and monitor the achievements of daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
Plan, schedule and review workload to ensure production output in all relevant production units and on time delivery targets are achieved.
Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
