Job Description

Ensuring availability at Front Desk during Office Hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
Dealing with Space Visitors and managing their visits.
Accepting packages and ensuring proper Mail Distribution for Members.
Ensuring that the Front Desk provides a professional and friendly service to customers (members and visitors)
Handling all sales correspondence and conversions following. Sales Process for the assigned Leads
Ensuring 90%+ occupancy at all times
Managing membership upgrades, downgrades, and termination at all times
Selling Meeting Room Hours, Event Space and Virtual office plans.
Ensure a high level of product knowledge at all times
Projecting the right brand image during sales communication, visits, and meetings with clients, visitors, and guests
Adhering to the grooming standards keeping in mind that this is a customer-facing position
