HR Executive

Kinectro Technology Solution and Services is looking to hire an HR Executive who can present a good image of the company at all levels. Having excellent knowledge of Hr functions of the software house. With functions spread out in Pakistan and Australia, resources will be getting exposure in the international market as well.

Responsibilities

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Overseas daily operation of HR
Oversees office maintenance tasks.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Managing In-house Benefits facility, lunch, birthdays, and other events.

Demonstrable leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills
Positive, go-getter attitude
Multi Tasking skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Must have a bachelors or Masters degree in HRM.(candidates with software house experience are preferred)
Fresh Graduates with excellent grades are encouraged to apply.
