Sales Manager Job Description

A sales manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets for the organization (Housing Society). The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining sales forecasts and budgets.
Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Providing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
Creating and maintaining sales reports and performance metrics.
Participating in the development of pricing strategies and negotiating contracts with clients.
To identify the potential clients and schedule a meeting for sales and marketing.
To present the information regarding housing society offered and also suggests custom solutions.
Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Manage own team and the personal team is also welcome.
