· To see every shift & it’s working.
· Planning the staff shift.
· Update meal report on daily basis.
· Handle all problems in catering related.
· To ensure Apron Traffic Rules and Regulations implementation.
· Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team.
· Prepare and implement catering loading plan for aircraft.
· Planning menu & menu cycles in consultation with chefs and management of airline.
· Manage all equipment on monthly basis.
· Coordinate with Client logistic staff.
· Coordinate about any query of flight to Ramp & Traffic staff.
· After reconciling the CDNs submitting to accounts department.
· Handling the FSR (Flight Service Report), with the help of operation manager and QA team.
· Follow up of Airport Entry Passes.
In 1988, Kitchen Cuisine started with only a handful of products selling from one location. Two products – the chocolate fudge cake and our signature cheese cake were an instant hit – becoming our claim to fame.
