Requirements:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of Company’s product.
2. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
3. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
4. Informing company schemes to dealers.
5. Monitoring dealers’ monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Helps in making new sales strategies for areas assigned.
7. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
8. To do outstation visits to dealers and handling allocated areas.
9. Ability to achieve assigned targets for areas allocated.
10. Fully responsible for assigned areas dealer performance.
11. Directly reportable to Country Head and CEO.
12. Ability to work in a challenging environment.
13. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
14. Having related industry work experience will be preferable.
