Responsible for representing KKN in the corporate space Including but not limited to SME’s, Corporations and private organizations etc. Empowered to explore corporate market with regards to go-to market strategies and workable products catered to the client needs, sales cycle management, Pipeline Management, business development & expansion, to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/ Annual Targets

POSITION DIMENSIONS

•             The Position currently reports directly to HOD

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:         

Analyze, identify and develop innovative go-to market strategies and products w.r.t need of customer and market to create maximum value proposition. At the same time these strategies and products must be profitable acquisitions for corporate segment.

  • Customer induction to be done as per the process envisaged in ERP (Odoo)  
  • Responsible for Market share enhancement – Corporate Segment
  • Responsible for the revenue target assigned - Corporate Segment
  • Present to the CxO - Level client/executives/directors on as and when required basis
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers in the market to ensure that the customer stays loyal with the organization
  • Focus to increase profitability for all corporate products including but not limited to CIR and other assigned corporate products/solutions
  • Actively monitor the sales management process and ensure healthy pipeline/ business prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Collaborate with the cross functional & Support teams to cater service feasibilities and generate new business streams in corporate space
  • Provides leadership in daily operational tasks, while maintaining focus on the sales targets for KK Networks.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal Relations: Director, Sales Staff, Support Teams (Wireless, Fiber, NOC etc.), Accounts and other cross functional Team members

External Relations: All verticals of Corporate Market
