Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Different tasks with different scale available for female staff
The candidate must be educated, well-dressed and confident
Monthly base work, Task base work, fulltime and halftime work available depend on candidates
Organize facilities and manage all event's details such as decor, entertainment, invite list, special guests, promotional material, etc
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes.
Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
Promoting business through all available sources including cold calling, emails and social media
Create detailed product requirements documents, and work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly
Proactively communicate with platform users
