The ideal candidate must be experienced in IT sales. We need expertise with Bidding, Email marketing, Lead Generation, Closure, Account management, and Sales Pipeline management. You should be confident, Punctual and a good team player. Good English skills are required.

Lead Generation through different mediums of prospecting
Bidding on freelance platforms
Manage Sales Pipeline
Documentation and Requirement gathering
Quality Content Creation
Stay up to date with Market Trends
Grow market share for Kodex Tech
Work closely with the sales team, Developers, and report directly to the CEO/CTO

Requirements:

Should have high energy, self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Should have Experienced with Bidding and Business emails
Should have to understate of CRM
Should have good spoken and written English skills
Should have sound knowledge and experience of software products and services
Should be a team player with a strong customer-centric approach
Should possess strong communication and excellent presentation skills

Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Business Development specifically IT sales.

Qualifications: Graduation or Equivalent
