Candidates with Graduation degree.

(Home Appliances industry experience background will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

To a key role in the development of the business.
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of current business dealers.
Ensure that all the Business Dealers are updated and communicated about the company’s policies and procedures
Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and exploring new markets / Dealers for increasing sales and growth of the company
Manage the assigned areas
Identify poor performing Dealers/Customers
Achieve volume targets
Explore and expand business Dealer’s networks
Monitor the performance of Brands / Area/ Company Dealers.
Take maximum advantage of all sales opportunities in his area.
To ensure avoid bad debts.
To promptly attend to all sales problems in his area either taking action within the scope of his authority or by referring the problem to Branch Head with his recommendation.
To ensure that required sales documents are maintained and kept up to date all times.
To follow and regularizes sales policies.
Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel & dealers for improvement.
To ensure that all reports & returns concerning area is submitted to Branch Head as per schedule.
Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries.
