- Administer various OD & TND plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Conduct TNA at all levels & prepare training plans & monitor career-pathing programs.
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- To work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff.
- To create design and deliver training requirements for new and existing staff across all areas of organization.
- Monitor regulatory requirements for staff training and competence.
- Undertake evaluation of all L&D interventions at between one and three months following the event and report against the agreed KPIs.
- Any other responsibility assigned by management.
