• Administer various OD & TND plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Conduct TNA at all levels & prepare training plans & monitor career-pathing programs.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • To work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff.
  • To create design and deliver training requirements for new and existing staff across all areas of organization.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements for staff training and competence.
  • Undertake evaluation of all L&D interventions at between one and three months following the event and report against the agreed KPIs.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by management.
