He will be Responsible for Measurement of Quantities for all Civil Works Particularly for new Project.
He will be responsible for the Verification of Contractor IPC's.
He will verify & approve Bar Bending Schedules Submitted by the Contractor.
He will Keep updated Record of all the Civil Construction Drawings received from the Designer.
Must be able to read Civil Drawings in Coordination with reference Specifications, Mechanical and Electrical drawings.
He will prepare/verify Shop Drawings in Auto cad & must have good command on Microsoft Excel.
He will Coordinate with all Concerned in order to make sure the execution of work as per approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Contract documents for the new Project.
Responsible for Record Keeping/ office documentation in Consultation with HOD Civil.
