• Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
• Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
