Technical Skills Required:

  1. Experienced with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Linux platforms, able to write & maintain bash scripting and manage OS related tasks
  2. Oracle Database Administration experience on various versions like 10g, 11g, 12c and 19c.
  3. Database performance optimization & quires fine tuning.
  4. Able to install, configure, patch and administer Oracle Applications R12 EBS, Database, Application Server on Linux and windows environments
  5. Experienced in cloning, patching, backup and recovery of Oracle database using RMAN, Data Pump and various tools
  6. Must be experienced in AD utilities, concurrent managers, configuring Data guard and Oracle Streams
  7. Able to install, configure, maintain Oracle Application Server 10g/11g/12c and its components like Forms server, report server etc.
  8. Experience of writing and maintaining Oracle Database scripts, familiar with SQL, PL/SQL, Toad, and Oracle forms and reports 10g/11g.
  9. Functional knowledge of Oracle Applications R12 different modules will be great plus.
  10. Application development experience using Oracle Database 10g/11g, SQL, PL/SQL, Toad, and Oracle forms and reports 10g/11g will be plus

Job Description:

  1. Primary responsible for Installation, Configuration, Patching, and maintenance of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c), Oracle Application Servers (10g/12c), Oracle EBS (R11/R12) on Linux and Windows platforms
  2. Administration of users, schemas of Oracle Database, Application and Oracle EBS
  3. Responsible for Backup and Recovery of Oracle DB, and EBS using Data Pump and RMAN and other techniques on scheduled intervals
  4. Responsible for creating and cloning test instances of Oracle databases and EBS
  5. Responsible for efficient, and robust Oracle EBS and database instances in physical and virtual environments
  6. Patching and upgrade database, AS, and EBS as per Oracle recommendations and criticality
  7. Working effectively with Oracle Support in case of Service Request is raised.
  8. Vigilant monitoring and maintenance of space, logs, health of database, AS and EBS
  9. Development of standards guidelines and procedures for solution development and delivery
