- Prepare daily vouchers related to payments and receipts of cash / bank and all journal vouchers and file them in related files after duly signature & checking.
- Provides financial information to management by analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
- Record financial transactions by entering accounts information.
- Prove financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending financial policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Day to day reporting to line manager
- Follow-up account Receivables
- Maintain duly petty cash & reconcile daily cash in hand balance with cash book.
- Others tasks assign by line manager
Requirement;
- Work experience within reputed real estate or builders & developers
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP ERP, QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good command on Computer Software’s
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Minimum education B. Com Preferably along with ACCA, CA Inter, ICMA, M. Com, MBA Finance etc.
- Additional certification and experience in accounts and finance will be a plus point
