We are one of the growing company based in construction industry. Curretly we are looking to fill in the position of Assistant Quanity Surveyor who can perform following job responsibiltites for our on-going project.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that every subordinate works as per defined JD’s.
· Processing site demands as per SOP, by verifying actual work done VS required demand.
· Processing of Labor/Vendor bills as per SOP. Do physical verification at site. Prepare comparison drawing Vs Actual.
· Provide Shop drawings for every activity to site/concerned foremen.
· Processing of Vendor bills by verifying the Quantity and Quality.
· Implementation of site monitoring report.
· Verifying every bill and expense.
· Any other task will be signed.
