We are looking for services of a "Manager Operations" for Cinema based in twin cities.
Major responsibilities include:
- Planning show timings
- Responsible to look after and align activities of concession, housekeeping and box-office sales
- Keeping staff prepared to serve customers in hectic days
- Keeping team motivated
- Daily checking of staff
- Planning duty rosters of concession, sales and housekeeping
- Petty cash control
- Daily reporting to senior management team
- Responsible to maintain media and members affairs
- Responsible for social media marketing
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of working with any well known cinema in operations department
- Bachelors in management
- Responsible and able to work in daily shifts of minimum 12 hours
- Motivated and energetic
