- Define Job Descriptions for new positions
- Conduct regular market surveys to seek out Professionals and new sources of hiring
- Define and develop hiring requirements for labor and office positions and ensure strict adherence to that protocol during hiring process
- Develop a talent database which includes previous interested applicants to Kor Tech so as to have a ready pool of candidates to choose from in case of a vacancy

- Propose Salaries for a new position, subject to approval by senior management
