Tasks & Responsibilities:

To install and commission individual machines of the Krones product portfolio depending on the technical specialization of the individual (e.g.,labeling technology) within the scheduled timelines
To perform Assessments, Overhauling/maintenance, Retrofits/ upgrades etc.
To perform troubleshooting on the Krones range of individual machines
To submit timely complete service reports, timesheets, expense claims as per defined protocols
To actively assist when it comes to design changes/improvements in collaboration with the technical experts
To support the improvement of quality to company wide quality standards
To work independently and autonomously within the working environment
To identify and analyze disorders; to rectify independently and autonomously; to actively participate in problem solving
To encourage measures regarding process/procedure optimization; to advise and implement; to permanently seek optimization
To follow the safety and hygienic regulations at customer site
To train new colleagues on site

Skill Requirement:

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting (problem solving techniques) machines/equipment and responding to customers’ concerns
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting
Intermediate level of English - Report writing, email writing etc.
Willing to travel inside and outside the country
