(1) Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements.
(2) Maintaining and keeping up to date the company’s book of accounts.
(3) Preparation of the VAT (value added tax) statements on quarterly basis Suppliers payments on Monthly Basis.
(4) Preparation of the bank reconciliation statements of UK & Pakistan on daily basis of all the bank accounts.
(5) Payroll of all the UK employees on weekly basis.
(6) Maintaining of the creditors and debtors ledger and updating on daily basis.
(7) Preparation of the budgets and forecasts & Stock Audit on weekly basis.
(8) Any other task and responsibility assigned to you.
1) Office Timings (2:00 PM to 12:00 AM) & 6 days in a week.
2) Gazetted holidays of Pakistan are not allowed.
3) Only 16 Annual paid leaves will be entertained.
