One of leading multinational agency is looking for highly qualified, competent and experienced candidates for the following vacant position to ultimately book and maintain a touring schedule that is both profitable AND manageable.
This will involve handling various day-to-day business tasks, such as:
EMAILS (answer venues' inquiries, confirm upcoming shows, etc)
Concert tour scheduling/routing -maintain contact database (Excel) -CALLS (generate leads, book concerts, etc)
Maintain online event calendar
PAPERWORK (invoices, contracts, itineraries, etc forms)
Internet research (research new venues, etc)

Requirement:

Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Excellent Email management / marketing
Excellent ability to multi-task.
Excellent ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Able to adapt to constantly changing needs and deadlines.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong ability to think critically and problem solve.
Strong ability to think creatively.
Ability to put together an effective, comprehensive, and multi-channeled marketing campaign.
Understanding of major social media platforms.
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Google’s best practices.
Proficiency with MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Graphic designing, video editing & wordpress will be a bonus

Qualifications:

BS/ BA / MBA in Marketing or a related field of study.
3 years of Marketing experience preferred

Location: Lahore & Remotely

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
